My name is Claudia, I have come a long way on my own journey to Body.Mind.Fitness, and the results I want to share with you. Because that’s what I’m passionate about.
I’ve been a personal trainer for nearly a decade and worked with people in the fitness industry even longer then that. I also have a big love for Ayurveda, the more then 5000 year old teachings coming from India. These Ayurvedic teachings are about finding health and balance, preventing illness and injury, be active into old age, be vibrant and radiant and truly express your own beauty from an inner glow that only wellbeing and a balanced lifestyle can give you!
For me the step to integrating these Ayurvedic teachings and principles into my fitness background really wasn’t a far stretch. It made sense! And it’s something I have made my mission to share with you so you can experience this vibrant wellbeing from inside out!
I have overcome many challenges, trauma, loss, and chronic illness. As insulin dependant diabetic from early childhood on, the path to vibrant health hasn’t always been easy. Staying fit and keeping a healthy weight is challenging. I understand where your challenges may be, and guess what? I can help you find a way to overcome them, through completely customized programs designed for your type, around your obstacles and imbalances, and toward your goals!
DoshaFit® is my baby and my passion that allows me to fully express my wish to raise awareness around our Body-Mind apparatus, the fact that we are not just meat bags with a head on our shoulders. But that whatever goes on inside will express itself on the outside as well.
We are all different and not one suit will fit two people the same. I believe that fitness needs to be functional, multi dimensional. Training or exercising in a way that’s fun, will give you the results you are after, yet without compromising your mental or physical health. Taking into account your unique body-mind type when deciding how to eat and exercise is the key to well-being.
